breakfast in bangalore

During my stay in Bangalore earlier this month (where I was working with designers on the Sripuram book - a photo book on the golden temple in Tamil Nadu) :

i enjoyed the end of the mango season.
(Mango is a favourite fruit...
along with fresh figs...)

And idli...

After a visit my favourite uncle in Bangalore, I was given this gift : betel nut leaf, betelnut and coconut : all symbolising Divinity.

And the purple material is a sari piece to be sewn on a blouse.
