And from the girl who always needs to know how things happen, the first thought was 'I wonder did she type one then copy & paste or did she type each one after the other?!!' Sometimes I am facsinated where my head goes!!

I had a hysterectomy 9 years ago, was on synthetic hormones for 7 1/2 years before I switched doctors and went bio-identical estrogen and progesterone. It was amazing -- lost 20 pounds, regained most of my energy, could sleep again, emotions settled (some) and healing finally began. Am also taking herbs to support adrenal hormones, and eating mostly organic produce. Have been getting massage and Reiki for 1 year, and it has helped me release grief for my lost organs and changed future. Still have stress-related problems with memory, so I take lots of notes! Yoga has been a big help to reconnect with body and silence mental chatter. It really is a thick and rich soup of healing!
